This kit is designed to aid in eliminating latent prints found at the crime scene of those who have legitimate access. The recorded fingerprints are then submitted along with the lifted latent prints for examination and elimination by the technical staff before file or AFIS searching. Black vinyl-finished aluminum construction, the kit has a two-piece configuration with magnetic catches for easy removal and recovery.
